Yummy, yummy, aqua colored triacetate/poly dress. Silk soft and cut on the bias so the waist done has a shocking amount of wiggle room and is so flattering! Bust is fitted and empire waisted with beaded almost mermaid scale design. The dress has a back zipper closure. Comes with a matching scarf!
