Lightweight black low-pile acetate/nylon blend velvet fancy blouse with beautiful details. Sweetheart neckline leads to a column of black gold-tone set dome buttons down to the waist. Princess seams create fabulous style lines at front and back. Lightly padded and puffed shoulders with bracelet length sleeves. Peplum hem wraps over the hips from from to back princess seams.
