Striking two-piece dressing from French designer, Louis Feraud, features a long-sleeved blouse with waterfall ruffles down the front paired with a straight skirt that has just a bit of a tulip flair at the very bottom. The black areas of the fabric are a semi-sheer chiffon, and the autumn-colored rectangles are opaque charmeuse. The blouse is unlined, buttons in front and at the wrists. The pencil skirt is made in strips of fabric that are connected with large black piping. Labeled French size 36, which usually corresponds to a US size 2-4, but it measures in the 4-6 size range.
