Comfortable and colorful this bright blue beauty is cut from cotton knit that resembles crochet in a scallop design reminding us of seashells. Even the hemline is scalloped.

Light catching rhinestones are scattered over the entire dress.

Wear it with a straw bag and Lily Pulitzer wedge sandals........ we love her Natasha sandal.

Excellent condition, entirely lined in cotton which feels so good next to bare skin. Only issue noted is some very minor wear under arms and the Lily tag needs to be re-enforced on one side, this is reflected in the price.
