90's statement hat! Body is covered in a micro pleated high sheen silver fabric. Oval crown is wrapped in a silver sequin braid with a huge front fabric bow backed with a silver netting that covers a small portion of the upper face.

Interior is lined with a black fabric.

Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age.

Inner circumference is 22 inches. Brim extends 4 1/2 inches on the front and sides and 3 1/2 inches in the back.
