This unusual 1990s rock-n-roll belt is designed to sit at the hips. Its a combination of silver and gold metal and fabric cords - and there's a lot going on. It closes in the back with a hook and a series of round links, so it can adjust to multiple sizes. it measures 36" from end to end when laid flat and can fit around hips or waists ranging from 28-36". The metal is fairly light so the belt is not as heavy as it looks.
