90's buttoned blouse by California Collection in white, blue, and gray.

Super fun buttoned short sleeve blouse with blue and gray tea rose in a patchwork pattern on the front and sleeves. Tiny all over lightly textured flower print on the front with a blue ribbon that split the shirt in the center.

This shirt, unfortunately, is missing the size and content tags. Size is an estimate and only 1 is available. Feel of this shirt is more cotton than poly, but is also best guess based on feel.
