Made in India.Brookly-born Starkman traveled and lived internationally and was well known for his ethnic, folk art inspired designs.Oversize, boxy, cropped style with shawl collar, long sleeves and double button closing with silver tone embossed buttons. Fully lined.Stylized floral design in shades of blue and purple is covered all over with sequins, beads and Indian silver metallic mirror embroidery.Cotton with rayon lining. Dry clean only.There is a row of missing sequins on front right bodice and some dark markings on lining that I didn’t try to remove. (See last two pics.) Neither are very noticeable when wearing the garment. Otherwise very good condition.Approx measurements:One side flat pit to pit chest is 22.” 21” at hem. 16.5” across back shoulders from seam to seam.21” long from back of neck. 22.5” sleeve from shoulder.
