Romantic floral tea length 90s Carole Little skirt. Fabric is a soft and flowy rayon from Switzerland with a watercolor floral print, in colors of sage green, pink and rust. Skirt has a 1/2 inch wide waistband that fastens at the side seam with a zipper and hook and eye. There is shirring on both sides of the front, below the waist, a pretty effect (see 7th photo). The skirt A lines out to the midi length hem (depending on your height). Belt and blouse pictured are not included. Cottagecore 90s skirt is a sweet and versatile piece to add to your closet!
