Vintage Christina Jan Barboglio romantic velvet dress with ruffles at shoulders, circa the early 90s. Ruffles can be worn up or off shoulder, allowing one to change up the look 🥰. Pleated drop waist on the skirt, bodice is fitted. Unlined/dry clean only/fastens with rear zip & hook & eye closure. Tagged US 6, measurements (appx): shoulders - 16in, bust - 36in, waist (dropped) - 26.5in, hips - 38in/shoulder to hem - 47in. Preowned/vintage with some signs of prior use & wear: some light rubs to velvet, hard to see when wearing but evident if closely inspecting.
