This is the classic Alison Jacket by Lilly Pulitzer with the Empte Patch print in Palm Green for size Small. The green and pink blazer is new, the tags are still attached, and it retailed for $275 in the 1990's.

The jacket is 100% woven cotton and is fully lined in pink satin acetate. There are subtle shoulder pads, two pockets, and Lilly logo buttons.
