1990s New Old Stock Jump Apparel Co. Black Stretch Velvet Slip Dress. Sleeveless, v-neckline, chiffon flounce at the back bottom of the dres. Brand new with tags. Marked size 11/12. Please carefully review the below approximate flat lay measurements, as well as the "stretch to" measurements. The fabric is a Polyester/Spandex blend, and can stretch a lot, but the dress is meant to be a form-fitting/wiggle dress, so I think it would best fit a Small or a Medium.
