-Details-

Vintage 1990's black crushed stretch velvet maxi dress. Hand cut fringe at the bottom. Not lined. 100% polyester, has stretch. A bit form fitting but also loose, see measurements. Label is New Visions.

-Condition-

Very good vintage condition. The previous owner decided to cut fringe at the bottom, there are some runs in between the cuts but I have added a seam to stop all the runs.

-Suggested Modern Size-

Women's tag size is Medium and it fits more like a Large.
