This is a fantastic vintage 1990's formal dress. It is made of sinfully soft stretch velvet in jet black. It features a black velvet and white sheer mesh fluted mermaid hemline, SO DRAMATIC! It has a beautiful hourglass shape with added padded cups. It has a scoop neckline and a deep open back. This item has been modified from its original form to fit a short torso/ petite size, the extra fabric was turned into a matching sash to wrap around your neck or waist. This is the perfect piece to channel your inner Cruella DeVille.

Very good condition, light wear, no major flaws, this piece has been modified to fit a short torso/ petite size, please pay close attention to the measurements and ask questions if you need to! The straps have been shortened and it has been hemmed up in length. Padded bra/cups have been added to the bodice for full push-up effect (these could be removed easily). would work for a teen as well!
Please note that clothing measurements are taken flat and doubled, unless otherwise noted. The bust is measured at the fullest part of the bodice, underarm to underarm, any pleats, darts, or formed cups are taken into consideration and measured to the nearest 1/4". Waist measurements are taken at the narrowest part of the natural waistline, empire waists are measures at the specific seam and noted as such. Hip measurements are taken from the circumference of the fullest area around the hip section. Overall length is measured from the top of the shoulder to the hemline, unless it is strapless then it will be noted where the measurement is taken from. Sleeves are measured from the top shoulder seam to the cuff unless otherwise noted.
