Stellar 1990s black cotton sleeveless 2 pc dress by Cristina Jan Barboglio. Bustier style top has rows of ruffles around bust, flares out at waist and has row of ruffles around bottom where it meets the top tier of the skirt. Skirt has 2 layers of ruffles supported by tulle netting, pencil skirt beneath. Both zip up back. No flaws. Wear together or separately!
