Vintage dinner suit from Annie Reva likely dates from the late 1980s-1990s. The jacket has padded shoulders and features black satin banding around the collar, lapels and cuffs. There are horizontal bands of satin across the midriff. The jacket closes with a column of ten nickel-tone square buttons. We didn't get a good photo of them, but my favorite part of the jacket are the graceful cuffs that gently flare at the bottom and are finished with the same satin bands as the rest of the jacket. Matching pencil skirt zips in back and has no waistband. It appears to have been lengthened about two inches. If taken back to its original length, it would be 18 inches long. Fabric is an acetate and viscose (rayon) blend (71/29), and the lining is acetate. No size label is present, but based on the measurements, we are estimating the suit to be a size 6. Please refer to the measurements below for additional guidance regarding size.
