90s Jonathan Logan polyester cocktail dress in black. The dress is ankle length , tailored fit with a short sleeve average waist bodice , wiggle fit skirt with an over layer front skirt panel , full zipper up the back and a wide belt . The condition is nice . The dress neckline has snaps inside ( there must have been a collar ) . The dress was measured across and doubled , laid flat : 36" bust/ 30" waist /38" hips/16" shoulders / 9" sleeve/ 17" shouder to waist / 51" length .
