This is a Lovely with Lace Sleeves and Back. The Sequins are Stunning done on Silk in Black and Turquoise.

It is Fitted and Flares below the Hip Area and Turns into an AMAZING SPARKLING TURQUOISE.

Measurements - Bust - 35"

Waist - 26"

Lace Sleeve Length - 24" (These may have been designed to be worn pushed up. They could be shortened to 3/4 length or shorter for your arm length.)

Length of Dress - 34"

Hips - 34"

Width of Flare Hem - 62"

This will fit a Size 4 nicely. There is some stretch in the Lace. It is lined except in the sleeves and lace back.
