90’s "arrive Late" Watch

This watch was designed in the 1990s by the artist Karen Finley for the Art Matters Catalog, Requires a battery. The oversized face is 2" wide and the watch is 10" in length from end to end. The band is rubber and ranges in width from 1" near the watch face to .75" at the ends with a silver metal buckle. The back of the watch is steel and is inscribed with "Steel Back. Karen Finley for Art Matters. Japan Movt." Slight scuffing is visible on the steel back. Does not come with a case.
