Bottom: 40-46" - comfortably around

Length: 28 1/2" - (includes 2 1/4" bottom cuff) - center back to bottom

This is in new unworn condition. This was still in i's original plastic bag before I opened it to photograph. There are no holes, stains, rips, tears, fading, discoloration, odors, snags, pills or other issues.
