This dress is so over the top and I’m in love. Incredible 1980’s cocktail dress by Victor Costa. Made from a crisp black cotton covered in yellow cabbage roses. Great hourglass silhouette that hits right above the knees. Off the shoulder design covered in black bows, with coordinating yellow lining and large yellow faux roses. Thin shoulder straps, and a back zipper closure. The bows are held closed with snaps in the back. Dress is fully lined and the bodice has an elastic band under bust and is boned for added support. Excellent condition. Marked a size 8
