Beautiful 1980s wool hot pink and bright gold/yellow color block dress by Tom and Linda Platt for Saks Fifth Avenue. Cut in the style of a 1960s mod mini dress, it is cut straight down with round patch pockets and a zipper at the neck. It is made of wool, with a polyester lining. There is no size listed on the tag but it does say "petite". Shoulder to shoulder measures 17", sleeves are 18", the overall length is 31", chest is 36" measured underneath the arms, and the waist and hips are the same. It's in very good condition except for a couple of small pulls in the wool on one side, shown in an image.
