This 1980s belt is fantastic! It's made of white leather with a really cool center insert that features cut circles of textured, shiny leather. The buckle is covered in leather. It measures 3" wide and 37" long, excluding buckle. The smallest waist or hip size is 34", the largest is 36". No maker's label. Very good condition.
