This beautiful Blue faux snakeskin belt was made to be on waist but is wide enough you could wear a bit lower.

This belt is labeled also by Char Mar and I have a total of 2 of these. Both are sized M-L

The M-L fits apx 33" to 36"

The belt is 2" and buckle is 3" x 3" and the soft leather sash area that goes through the buckle is apx 3. 5" wide.
