Beautiful pair of Palazzo wide leg high waist slacks with layers of fabric to drape more like a skirt than slacks.

This is designed by George Simonton probably late 80s maybe early 90s

In great barely worn condition but will need cleaning as they have been stored for years and have some surface dirt but not stained or damaged.

Satin-like liner. Zipper closure.

Sized 16 and shown pinned heavily on the mannequin

There are two approx 3-4" of elastic on each side of the back for a bit more room or for comfort while sitting etc.
