Amazing Victor Costa cocktail dress from the 1980s. White with a burnout floral and paisley pattern. Big puffy sleeves and a puffy, knee-length skirt with lots of tulle. This is an incredible dress. It'll take a bit of love to get it back into ideal condition, but I think it's very worth it!
Condition: This dress has some condition issues and is priced accordingly. Should be relatively easy to fix, but you could go a couple different ways depending on the sizing you'd prefer, so I'm leaving repairs up to the purchaser on this one. It is wearable as-is with a little bit of safety-pinning, but the back is a bit confusing! There is a short zipper below the waist. Around the top of the zipper, there is a large bow. The bow has snaps to attach it to the dress, but they don't all have a partner and the placement is awkward. There is also some oddly placed snap action at the back of the neck. My theory is this dress may not have originally been open-back. See last two photos I'm guessing maybe it was altered this way to fit a larger size. You could either tidy up the alteration and keep the current size and design or close the back up and install a full length zipper for a smaller fit.
