80s White Gown Fabric Roses At Shoulder Basque Waist

Gorgeous 1980s white gown with origami-like roses on the front and back of shoulder. The shoulder is almost off-shoulder with short cap sleeves. Fitted bodice with boning at the sides. Low basque waist with piping. Three tiers of ruffles. Fabric feels like a polyester semi-matte satin (lightweight). It’s a very romantic dress for a wedding, prom or other special occasion.
