This shirtwaist dress is from the 80s by Billy Jack. Beautiful quality and construction. Made of a nice heavy weight cotton. Dolman sleeve with button cuffs. Wide nipped waist with full skirt below. The back of the top has beautiful wide vertical pleats. Three quarter sleeves. Buttons down the front. Best fit would depend on your waist measurement. The bust is pretty open since there are no shoulder seams. Please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
