1980's White and Navy Blue Flower Print Peplum Waist Dress

navy blue floral print all over the dress with the same navy blue solid color around the neckline, cuffs and around the peplum waist. Zipper down the back and a square neckline, there is a kick pleat in the back.

There is a small yellow stain on the bottom near the hem as you can see in the last photograph.
