Vintage 80s Cotton Country Western Dress by Diamond L. Western Wear - Made in USA.
100% Cotton (machine wash) - has a subtle crinkle look. Padded shoulders. Button down with tightly fitted 24" waist and peplum. Black trims.

Model is 5'1" US XS/0 - dress fit well and was good length. Just forgot to close the choker button! Would look nice with cowboy or Victorian boots.
