Colorful 1980s "secretary" blouse with red, navy, brown, green and white stripes and a neck bow. It's in great condition, except for a small mark on the back and slight pulling to the fabric in one spot - shown in images. Shoulder to shoulder measures 15", sleeves are 24", overall length is 24", chest is 40" measured underneath the arms, waist is 38" and hips are 41".
