Original hangtag/packaging included - although box label states a different colorway number.
Box shows wear from storage but is still super cool to include with the frames.
Original non-rx gradient lenses exhibit faintest storage scuffing - does not affect wearability or awesomeness.
However depending on your preference you may want to replace the lenses.
