Fantastic 1980s vintage pink polyester satin blouse by Chaus Petites. It has shoulder and neck buttons, and the neck can be buttoned all the way up or left more open - see images. It's in good vintage condition. There is one snag - shown in images - and some of the buttons are missing the rhinestone in the center, including two at the very top of the neck. The tag lists it as a Size 8, so it's closer to a contemporary size 4 or 6. Shoulder to shoulder measures 16", sleeves are 22", overall length is 23. 5", chest is 48" measured underneath the arms, waist is 38", hips are 41".
