Sheer see through artsy pants with elastic drawstring waist.

Can't find much about this label except for they now make personal care products. A number of designers follow that route. They create clothing for a time and then move into the much more lucrative cosmetics industry.

I am also guessing on the decade. Fabric and colors tell me late 80s to early 90s.

Fabric is sheer and ultra lightweight in a tobacco brown with a beige and brown design. Fabric does not stretch.

Elastic, drawstring waist for easy fit.

Excellent condition.
