This is a unique vintage 1980s blouse made by "E'Toile". It is made of a medium weight rayon that has amazing drape! It is off white and features a full hidden button front placket accented with 4 mini satin bow ties in black and white houndstooth and polka dot patterns. It has a longer tunic length with a finished rounded hem, oversized fit and amazing blousy sleeves with fitted button cuffs. Can work as a mini dress over leggings or tucked into a pencil skirt for a very stylish retro look!
