Resembles terry cloth materials but it’s much lighter then traditional terry cloth

With adorable sewn in white and green stripe tank on the chest

No pockets

Arnel and nylon material

Dress is in great condition except the caps on shoulders are wearing and slightly faded
Most likely from being hung on a hanger for so long with little to no wear
