1980's Denim Statement Jacket by Maximum. So many cool details on this piece! Dark denim with padded and pleated shoulders. Large pockets at the front hips, Rhinestone snap closures down the front. Dolman sleeves with slim rhinestone snap cuffs. Along the top of the shoulders, on the collar and across the back are sewn-on oversized jewels. Red, silver, blue and gold. A large heraldic-style patch sits center back with the brand MXM and starbursts of gold metallic thread, blue and red embroidery. On the shoulders and at the back are rhinestone snap epaulets with iridescent plastic pearls strung through. These are removable, but original to the jacket. The whole look is very "King of Pop" and military inspired opulence.
