This is a fabulous vintage 1980's dress made by "Hearts". It is made of a bright turquoise fabric (60% acetate /40% rayon). It features bold padded shoulders, a shirred bodice with a fitted high waistline with 4 decorative waist buttons and a sexy, curvy pencil sweep. There is a back kick slit, a nylon back zipper, and a 4 button closure up the back. This is a true 80s power dress, put on your best heels, walk into the boardroom and make a statement!
