This is a beautiful vintage 1980's dress made by "Blair, Warren PA". It is made of a subtly sheer, light weight polyester crepe fabric. It has a color block design in taupe, navy, and dusty blue with red, blue and purple striped accents. It features a blouson bodice with and elastic waist, shirred shoulders and 3/4 length flared sleeves. It has a wonderful artsy eclectic vibe!

Labeled a size 12- please use the measurements for an accurate fit.
Measures: up to 38" Bust, 23" - 39" waist, 44" hips, 41"long shoulder to hem, 17" long sleeves
Excellent condition with no belt- It has tiny belt loops to add a belt, original belt is not present.
