1980's vintage party dress by Huey Waltzer. Black cotton strapless bodice with a split petal bust faced in bright red cotton. Peekaboo polka dots at the center bust. Fitted through the waist and torseo. Slightly dropped waist with a VERY full black and white striped circle skirt. Tulle crinoline is sewn into the skirt. Nylon zip at the back. The dress came with an oversized polka dot bow, but it was detached. I showed a few ways you can place it and I will leave that to the buyer. There is a safety pin on it now.
