1980s vintage leather vest by Tigers. The outside is leather and the lining is polyester. It's list as "as is" because it has a variety of wear, including a wrinkle on the left shoulder, scuffing on the right shoulder, a loose bottom button, and some fraying to the bottom hem (all shown in images). The tag lists it as a Medium but it's closer to a contemporary small. Shoulder to shoulder measures 13", length is 17", chest is 38" (with the buttons buttoned), waist is 37", hips are 36".
