This is one of those dresses you reach for all the time. It's just so easy! Black cotton with a dramatically flounced neckline. There is a little button and loop should you like more coverage at the V neck. Padded shoulders with long sleeves. Elastic waistband. A-line below the knee length skirt. Pulls over the head, no closures.
