This is a stunning vintage 1980's party dress made by "Filigree". It is made of a slinky black polyester jersey. It has is a fantastic retro 40's futuristic style! It has a beautifully draped over bodice with a sexy plunge cowl neckline, bold padded shoulders and draped open back with a tie neck. It features a fitted ruched waistline and handkerchief hem sweep. It has fabulous weight and movement- so dramatic and unique!
