Incredible vintage 1980’s structured belted dress by Choon California. Powerhouse shape influenced by the 80’s and 40’s - puff sleeves with strong padded shoulders, faux wrap style with a kick pleat at the back skirt hem. Super fun navy blue with white polka dot print, white trim and an single oversized button at the collar. Comes with amazing matching belt to cinch the waist, and has pockets!! Perfect business woman dress with so much playfulness in the style.
