This skirts is so cute, and just in time for denim skirts to make a serious comeback (in my book, they're a classic). It was made in the 1980s and features a high waist, and fitted pencil shape throughout the hips. It would also be very cool to cut shorter, and make into a mini! Closes with a zip fly and button in the front. 100% cotton (no stretch) and made in the USA.

Measurements: Best for a size XS or smaller; will also work for an older child/teen. Keep in mind you can wear them slightly above your natural waist as well for better fit.

Length: 20.25"
