80s Victorian inspired blouse by Prophecy. The fabric is a soft rayon in a Liberty of London like print. There are stripes with Art Nouveau vines and flowers (love the lotus!), in colors of: turquoise, purple, black, pink and gold. The stripes form a V down the front and back, so striking! High neck band collar is split (could also be called mandarin or nehru). Slim body has slits at the side seams before the hem. Blouse fastens at neck back with self covered buttons and loops. Set in sleeves have pleats at shoulder and thin shoulder pads. Long sleeve is gathered into 1" wide cuff with self covered buttons and loops again. Stunning Victorian Revival blouse would look great with high waist trousers!
