PRETTY Circa 80's VICTOR COSTA Dotted Dress

This is a Beautiful Polka Dot Dress by Victor Costa. It is done in Navy and White. The Sleeves and Hem are trimmed in Crinkle Ruffles. The Hem has a Double Ruffle (shown in photograph #6). It Buttons all the way down the Front. The Original Belt is missing. It would look Great with a Black Belt with the Pearl Type Accent or a Red Belt. The Collar is Large and Pointed.
