This dress is killing me! The best of the 1980's sexy and dramatic power dressing!Where to begin?! Gemstone jewel blue. Puff sleeves and pleated shoulders that run down the deep V neckline to a pointed waist!!! A front middle split in a petal shape for a little peek at the legs. Come on! what's not to love!?!

I would style this casual with red cowboy boots or *gasp* ripped denim underneath and a fun colorful woven belt. I think this neckline calls for a necklace party though.
