This is a 1980s avant garde blouse. The blue rayon top features a swirling patchwork design with velvet in lace embellishments. The sleeves and back have a woven pattern. Padded shoulders and a elasticized pleat waist and cuffs add drama to the voluminous shape.

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The elastic of the waistband is slightly loose.
