I could see any number of Mallory Kenton’s or Sandra Clarke’s- mini boots or Reebok’s or high heels- very 80s with shoulder pads. Very well made, home made or a dress maker. Needs to be on a bigger body than my size Grandma dress form. It’s an 8!
